On November 20, 2024, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released its first Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) of Fiscal Year 2025. The list displays the names and addresses of 2,000 federal contractor locations that the OFCCP intends to review for affirmative action compliance. According to the methodology the agency published explaining how it developed this list, it began by identifying federal supply and service contractor locations with at least 400 employees. The OFCCP then refined the list by prioritizing the largest establishments, balancing the distribution across its regions, capping the number of reviews for any one parent company at 10, and adding some specialty reviews (corporate management compliance evaluations, functional affirmative action plans, and college/university campuses).

Tips: If your organization’s name appears on the scheduling list, seize the opportunity to fully review your affirmative action plan (AAP) and gather all of the necessary documentation. We previously reported on the OFCCP’s expansion of its scheduling letter, which includes voluminous requests for information. Once you receive a scheduling letter, you have only 30 days to respond, so it’s important to prepare in advance.
