In his new role, Venu will play a pivotal role in shaping V-Soft Consulting’s digital strategy. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Digital Delivery, and Marketing teams, Venu will lead projects aimed at understanding customers’ needs and enhancing the company’s digital offerings. His strategic vision and proven track record make him a valuable asset to the V-Soft Consulting team.
Venu has held leadership roles at reputable firms, where he demonstrated skills in driving growth and delivering results. He has a strong record of building digital technology practices and leading teams to deliver multimillion-dollar projects using agile methodologies. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including C-level executives, Venu has developed technology strategies and implemented roadmaps. He brings experience in implementing digital applications such as Commerce, MarTech, CRM, and ESM, and utilizing platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Venu has also led initiatives in modernizing legacy systems and integrating digital applications with various systems using technologies such as MuleSoft.
