Countryside Conservancy is happy to announce its newest property acquisition, the 420-acre “Peck Protect” in Lenox Township, Susquehanna County. This unbelievable property contains a 40-acre lake on the heart with huge rock outcroppings & cliffs across the perimeter of the protect.
Monetary help for the acquisition of the property was supplied by the Pennsylvania Division of Conservation and Pure Sources (DCNR), Bureau of Recreation and Conservation through the “Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund.” The sellers discounted the gross sales worth by 50% to supply the match for the DCNR grant, and different associated mission prices had been matched by the Eureka Basis and the Robert H.
