The well-known Coney Island Cyclone curler coaster in New York Metropolis was shut down indefinitely after coming to a cease mid-ride final week.
The 97-year-old wood curler coaster at Luna Park was on its ascent on Thursday when journey operators took it out of service because of a broken chain sprocket within the motor room.
