At Inszone Insurance Services, we take pride in our team’s commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and within our communities. One such exemplary team member is Bailey Dean, a Producer in our Commercial Lines Department, whose dedication to volunteerism embodies our company’s core values.
On May 13, 2024, Bailey dedicated her time to the Women’s First Step House North County, a volunteer-run and donation-based detox program that provides crucial support to women seeking to overcome addiction. This non-profit organization offers a safe and nurturing environment where clients can begin their journey toward recovery.
Bailey served as a House Lead during her volunteer shift. In this role, she oversaw the house operations, engaged with clients through activities, and assisted with processing new intakes. On this particular day, Bailey organized a meeting with the women to socialize and build camaraderie. They shared lunch together and participated in household chores, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
“I volunteer regularly for this organization,” Bailey shared. “Being able to connect with these women and support them during such a pivotal time in their lives is incredibly rewarding. The Women’s First Step House North County provides a vital service to our community, and I’m grateful to contribute to their mission.”
Bailey’s ongoing commitment to the Women’s First Step House North County highlights the profound impact that dedicated individuals can have on their communities. Her efforts not only support the clients directly but also contribute to the broader mission of promoting wellness and recovery within the community.
At Inszone Insurance Services, we are proud to support Bailey’s involvement through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program. We believe in empowering our employees to engage with causes they are passionate about, reinforcing our commitment to community involvement and social responsibility.
